Cowl Trench Coat
Cowelled loose trench coat, from one piece, melted and belted into shape with pleats, and with a set in sleeve.  Slit pockets are hidden in the swells, caught together by the shoulder line.  The half lining is from Japanese cotton and silk, with bound edges.

Cut with a Lightning Machine Company Swift 928.
Sewn on a Juki DDL 5550-6, Pfaff 463-6 modded for binding, 
Singer 71-32, and by Hand-held Needle. 
The plain weave is a cotton, ramie and polyurethane blend [90CO 8RA 2PU] and is woven in a Japanese mill. The semi transparent weave is made from cupro and polyamide [81CU 19PA] The twill weave lining is a cotton and silk blend [55CO 45SE, woven in a Japanese mill, and the hand attached shank buttons are drop cast in our studio from oxidised metal alloy.
